Service Satisfaction Policy

Tennessee Mountain Pumping, LLC is committed to providing quality septic services. If you are not satisfied with our completed work, please contact us within 7 days to discuss resolution options.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled according to these terms:

  • Standard services: Cancel up to 4 hours before scheduled time
  • Emergency services: No cancellation fees once technician is dispatched
  • Large installations: 24-hour cancellation notice required
  • Weather-related cancellations: No fees apply

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Services not performed as agreed upon
  • Billing errors or overcharges
  • Cancellation by customer within policy timeframes
  • Service inability due to property access issues we cannot resolve

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. Partial refunds may apply for partial service completion or material costs already incurred.
