Service Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We provide estimated arrival times and will notify customers of any delays or changes to scheduled appointments.

Standard services scheduled during business hours
Emergency services available 24/7 with additional fees
Weather-dependent services may require rescheduling
Customer must provide access to septic system location

Payment Terms

Payment terms for Tennessee Mountain Pumping services:

Payment due upon completion of services
Major credit cards, check, and cash accepted
Large projects may require partial payment upfront
Emergency services require payment at time of service

Customer Responsibilities

Marking or identifying septic tank and system locations

Service Limitations
